Personal Assistant Wanted

Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that collaborates with clients to create personalized assistance. We work closely with our clients and know that good relationships are the key to effective assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

I am a guy in my 30s living in my own apartment in Karlshamn municipality. I need assistance around the clock and help with everything. I use a wheelchair, and transfers are done with a lift. I have my own language with sounds and also understand signs and speech. I enjoy physical contact but on my terms. Since I have epilepsy, it is important that you always keep an eye on me in case I have a seizure.

With me, you will do everything from walks, hygiene, and taking care of my apartment. It is important that you as an assistant are reliable and trustworthy.

Since I am a person who likes to be active, it is important that you as an assistant are in good physical shape and enjoy moving around. I like walks and gymnastics. I would prefer if you have some previous experience in care but also that you can adapt and follow my routines. Education is a merit, but the most important thing is adaptability and common sense.

It is important that you speak Swedish and can make yourself understood both verbally and in writing. Non-smokers only.

Working hours are scheduled for all days of the week and times.
