JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Assistant:

In the role of support assistant, you motivate, support, and help users with the tasks that occur in all moments of daily life. The work is based on the individual's own resources, needs, and wishes, with the aim that the person can live as independently and fully as possible. The work is based on individual implementation plans where social documentation is part of the job. You work both independently, in groups, and in collaboration with other professionals.

Support Educator:

As a support educator, you have in-depth knowledge and competence in the field and have a complementary task to guide, quality assure, and support colleagues in social documentation, implementation plans, and the National Board of Health and Welfare's recommended working methods.

In addition to the role of support educator, you work with the basic task of support assistant, which means motivating, supporting, and helping users with the tasks that occur in all moments of daily life. QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

Care and nursing program, Nursing program with specialization in disabilities or care, and the Child and Leisure program with a focus on social work. Vocational college, at least 200 YH in a relevant field, Ky Psychiatry, or university 60 HP in a relevant area.

Driver's License

Documentation is an important part of our work, and you therefore need to master the Swedish language well in both speech and writing.
