Customer Relations Specialist at Tre Företag

Large Account Service at Tre Företag is tasked with supporting Tre's largest corporate customers. We are now looking for a new service star to join our team.

About the Role

As our Customer Relations Specialist, you will be part of a team whose vision is to maintain and develop the business with a focus on the best interests of the customer and Tre. In the team, you will have several colleagues and a dedicated Team Manager. In your role as Customer Relations Specialist, you will have overall operational and management responsibility for several larger corporate customers. In addition to managing your own customer portfolio, you and your colleagues will support other large customers in their daily matters.

What does this mean in concrete terms?

You will ensure that we deliver the service level agreed upon in the contract with the customer. You will develop and maintain routines and take initiatives aimed at increasing customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you will continuously respond to customers' operational inquiries via email and phone, as well as coordinate and report escalations with high efficiency and a service-oriented mindset. Your role also includes conducting physical customer meetings at your customers' locations.

Who are you?

To thrive in this role, we believe you have previously worked in service and administration in some form. You are good at prioritizing and are obsessively focused on getting things done on time. We also believe you are a skilled relationship builder who finds it easy to collaborate and create trust with both customers and colleagues. Furthermore, you are good at communicating both verbally and in writing, in both Swedish and English, in a professional and informative manner. You also have basic knowledge of Excel. Finally, delivering world-class service is something you master with confidence.

It is a merit if you have technical understanding/knowledge of 3Växel, Dynamics, and Zendesk, as well as experience working with larger corporate customers.
