Ria Financial Services is looking for a sales-oriented and enthusiastic individual for the role of cashier/store associate at our locations in Malmö. We are a leading provider of financial services in money transfers and currency exchange with a global network of our own offices and branches. As a Sales Cashier/Store Associate, you will be the face of our business and responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while actively contributing to achieving our sales targets.

The position is in Malmö and part-time with a start date as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Execute transactions for money transfers and currency exchange with high precision and efficiency.
• Engage customers proactively to identify their needs and offer appropriate financial services.
• Provide personal and professional service by answering questions and giving guidance in a clear and accommodating manner.
• Manage cash flow carefully and ensure accurate accounting of all transactions according to company guidelines.
• Actively contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets by fostering customer trust and loyalty.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per company needs.

What we are looking for in you

• Experience in sales and customer service is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English and knowledge of a third language such as Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian, etc.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer focus and ability to create a positive and memorable customer experience.
• Experience with cash handling and money management is a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and working hours.
• Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel).
