Development Leader for Work-Oriented Rehabilitation

The Coordination Association in Halland is now looking for an engaged and strategic development leader who wants to contribute to the development of work-oriented rehabilitation in collaboration.

The Coordination Association in Halland is a member-owned organization consisting of the Public Employment Service, the Social Insurance Agency, Region Halland, and the six municipalities of Halland. The association works to facilitate collaboration between our partners to create initiatives that help individuals regain their work capacity. The association's mission is to finance, and together with the partners, develop flexible, effective, and locally adapted collaborative solutions, and we want to contribute to shaping the future of collaboration.

As a development leader, you will have a strategic key role in coordinating, developing, and strengthening work-oriented rehabilitation initiatives together with the association's partners. You will work strategically, create new collaborations, and develop working methods together with the association's partners. Your main tasks
- Support and develop working methods and processes in association-financed initiatives together with the partners.
- Be a support in method and operational development for the partners.
- Follow the development of work-oriented rehabilitation in general and contribute to the association's strategic work.
- Ensure that the association's resources are used effectively according to approved initiative descriptions. Follow up, analyze, and report statistics and results.
- Identify areas for development and drive change and collaboration work based on surveys and needs analyses.
- Participate in the preparation and development group, meetings, workshops, and conferences.
- Inform and spread knowledge about the association's activities and initiatives.
- Support the association manager in daily operations.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant higher education, at least a bachelor's degree in, for example, behavioral science, political science, or another field that the employer deems equivalent.
- Good experience in project management and/or process management at a strategic level.
- Good experience in financial and statistical follow-up based on budget and goals.
- Strategic, analytical, and pedagogical abilities.
- Good communication skills, able to listen to others and build good relationships, as well as express yourself well in speech and writing.
- Good ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with the collaborative legislation and its application in relation to the members' regular assignments.
- Understanding of the association's target groups and the ability to translate ideas into proposed activities.
- A valid driver's license and preferably access to a car for work purposes.
Meritorious:
- Knowledge of evidence-based methods and approaches within the labor market area.
- Experience in leading qualified change work.
- Experience in politically governed operations.
- A genuine interest in following the welfare policy development in society.
Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
Employment conditions
- Permanent employment. A 6-month probationary period applies.
- Start date according to agreement, preferably before the summer of 2025.
- Work location: Halmstad.
