This is what the position entails

As a Service Office Specialist, you will be an important part of our dedicated team, working closely with the LSO Manager and supporting daily operations. You will regularly communicate with homeowners, guests, and our 24/7 customer service team to ensure high customer satisfaction and quality in our services. Your role also involves monitoring cleaning routines, conducting quality checks, and handling booking inquiries.

In the role

As a Service Office Specialist, you will be responsible for regularly updating product descriptions, prices, special offers, and booking conditions. You will handle booking inquiries, cancellations, special requests, and general questions prior to guests' arrival. Additionally, you will be responsible for renewing contracts, resolving complaints, conducting transfers, and managing financial matters, including credits and refunds.

Collaboration with homeowners, partner agencies, and Interhome's customer service is a central part of the role.

You are comfortable communicating in English, both verbally and in writing, attentive, and professionally engage with customers. You enjoy juggling multiple tasks, prioritize smartly, and use your time effectively. Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus, and you are eager to learn our booking and operations system. If you are also a solution-oriented problem solver, confident in your decisions, and interested in the travel industry, we are convinced that you will thrive with us.
