About the position
In an administrative role with elements of finance and sales support, you will play a central role at our client’s company. You will handle administrative tasks, assist with financial duties such as invoicing and budget monitoring, and provide support by managing inquiries from the order and sales teams. You will manage documentation, contracts, and contribute to an efficient flow of information within the organization. Your work is a crucial part of ensuring that operations run smoothly and successfully.

Required qualifications
We are looking for a driven and committed candidate who can strengthen our team with their skills and engagement. To thrive and succeed in this role, we expect you to have a post-secondary education in economics, administration, or a related field. You should have documented experience in administrative work and a good understanding of the basics of accounting, which is an important part of our daily operations. Additionally, proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, is essential for managing the tasks required by this position.
We operate in an international environment, so it is important to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Your ability to express yourself clearly and professionally in various situations will be a great asset.
Desirable qualifications
To further strengthen your application, we would appreciate it if you have previous experience with financial/business systems, which facilitates a quicker onboarding and more efficient work processes. Further education in sales or marketing can give you a significant advantage, as these skills complement and enhance our operations.
