About the Company

Againity AB was founded in 2013 and has since grown from a start-up to an established and rapidly growing company with a strong and familial organizational culture. We are leaders in the manufacturing of ORC turbines that convert waste heat into climate-smart electricity. Our innovative work has resulted in the award of Gasell of the Year as the fastest-growing company in Östergötland. With a constantly growing product portfolio, including new solutions for battery storage, we continue to expand and are now looking for more dedicated employees to join our team in Norrköping. Currently, our sales team consists of six dedicated salespeople and process engineers who work closely together to achieve our goals.

Your Responsibilities

As a Technical Salesperson with us, you hold a key position where you, together with your sales colleagues, drive the entire sales process from the first contact to the signed agreement. You work closely with our customers and are an important part of our sales team, where collaboration and team spirit are central.

Your role includes establishing new sales channels and developing collaborations in our largest markets in Sweden, the Nordic countries, and Eastern Europe. You will engage in proactive sales through site visits, phone calls, emails, and video meetings, and regularly participate in conferences and trade fairs. Travel is therefore a natural part of the job, and we are looking for someone who enjoys being out in the field and meeting new people, even though a clear majority of the work is based in the office.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a sharp business sense, a passion for building customer relationships, and who thrives in a developing role with significant influence on business development. It is highly meritorious if you have experience in technical sales, preferably within the energy sector. We also prefer that you have relevant university-level education, for example, in energy and environment.

With us, you will have the opportunity to work in a smaller, dynamic team where collaboration and initiative are central. We value qualities such as commitment, results focus, and the ability to independently drive your work forward.

You are proficient in Swedish and English, have a B driver's license, and are comfortable working in the Office suite.

Our Offer

With us, you have a unique opportunity to make a difference in climate-smart electricity production, contribute to a more sustainable future, and simultaneously develop in your career.

  • Sustainability Focus: We work every day for a greener future.
  • Development Opportunities: We invest in your personal and professional development.
  • Engaged Corporate Culture: Enjoy breakfasts every morning, two internal conferences per year, and regular After Work events with colleagues.
  • Competitive Salary: We offer a salary that reflects your experience and skills.

Application Procedure

The position is a direct recruitment to Againity.

If you have questions about the recruitment process, please contact the responsible recruiter Matilda Ingeson at 013-495 88 23 or matilda.ingeson@skill.se (mailto:matilda.ingeson@skill.se).

Selection is ongoing, so please contact us today to express your interest in the position.
