We are looking for instructors based in Eskilstuna for the Rusta and Matcha 2 assignment.

Job Responsibilities

The tasks are varied and include, among other things:

• You will work outwardly with business contacts on a daily basis. You have a large network that you actively cultivate to create and develop long-term relationships. Through close collaboration and engagement, you know what employers' needs look like and can thus match job seekers according to those needs.
• Mapping of job seekers' profiles. We work with a broad target group, and many are far from the labor market. It is important that you see the potential and believe in everyone's ability. Our vision is 100% in work. It is our job to match correctly.
• You are a personal trainer in job seeking. This means that you provide the job seeker with tools to find a job. This includes, for example, workshops, individual conversations, and company visits. With us, everyone works focused on matching to find the fastest way to a job.

Formal Competence

• At least 120 higher education credits (80 credits according to the previous system) or equivalent credits from a vocational college in a relevant field, e.g., working life, organizational development, human resources, or business administration. You also have two years of work experience from the last five years.
• Alternatively, at least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with a passing grade. In that case, you should have at least three years of relevant work experience from the last five years. You may have worked in recruitment, staffing, career guidance, management with personnel responsibility, or restructuring.

Background

• You have good knowledge of the labor market's needs and a well-established network with employers.
• It is an advantage if you have previously worked in the staffing industry.
• You communicate clearly in Swedish and English. It is an advantage if you speak Arabic.
