We are looking for summer substitutes and hourly employees for our operations located in Växjö and Hovmantorp.

As a support assistant, you will work to provide individually tailored support to individuals with disabilities, with the aim of promoting their independence and well-being in everyday life. You will support the users in their daily routines and activities, based on their needs and abilities, always using their personal implementation plan as a starting point.

We work with a salutogenic and pedagogical approach, focusing on each individual's unique strengths and resources.

The goal is for the users to achieve as much independence as possible and to live a meaningful life with high quality of life. As a support assistant, you will work based on clear pedagogical methods and low-arousal responses to create safety and predictability in the users' daily lives. At the same time, we have a strong focus on working professionally and efficiently within the resources and budget of the organization.

Qualifications

• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license B
• Good computer skills, experience with documentation.
• Experience and knowledge of the LSS target group
• We prefer candidates with some form of upper secondary education, such as child and leisure program, health and care program, or post-secondary education.

It is an advantage if you also have

• Experience in psychiatry, AAC, and low-arousal responses.
• Experience working with complex support needs.
