Health and Rehabilitation Process Leader
At Euro Accident, we want to contribute to a safe and healthy world. Are you motivated, just like us, by health and well-being? Do you want to help ensure that our insured individuals have a sustainable health and work situation over time? With us, you can truly make a difference!
Insurance and health is a winning combination! Through early interventions, collaboration with competent partners, and smart digital services, we at Euro Accident have made things happen. With our offering, insurance has evolved from merely being financial compensation to contributing to quality of life and Sustainable Employees. Today, nearly half a million people have security through us. We are proud of our satisfied customers, our good reputation, and the contribution we make to society. Now we are advancing to help even more and are looking for you who want to be part of our continued success journey.
About the Role
As a health and rehabilitation process leader, you will work with work-oriented rehabilitation within the framework of the insurance and health services that our insured individuals are connected to. You will work closely with our psychologists, where you will make combined assessments in cases and jointly decide on current measures. This concept is what we call Sustainable Employees.
With the phone as your primary working tool, you will be responsible for mapping cases, formulating goals, engaging in dialogue with the employer and the insured, and in collaboration with the psychologist assessing needs and ordering interventions, as well as leading and following up on the process during the responsibility period.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Daily contact with insured individuals, employers, and healthcare providers.
- Process management with responsibility for initiation, follow-up, and recurring assessments aimed at achieving increased health and work ability.
- Collaborating with our psychologists in assessing cases and deciding on measures.
- Continuously working with the team to develop our products and services.
You will belong to the Rehabilitation and Psychological Treatment department, which today consists of 19 health and rehabilitation process leaders and 14 psychologists distributed between our offices in Stockholm and Växjö.
Who You Are
You resonate with our core values of care, action, and innovation and are curious to learn more about our operations and how you can contribute to our customers living sustainably and healthily.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:
- A university degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, social work, behavioral science, public health, etc.)
- Several years of current experience in work-oriented rehabilitation.
- Knowledge of the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's rehabilitation chain, the regulations regarding sick leave and return to work, and preferably knowledge of lifestyle-related health.
- Experience working with stress-related issues and mental health, as well as experience working with both employees and employers.
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you have experience working with insurance customers and/or are licensed in a healthcare-related profession. A background in occupational health services or training as a rehabilitation coordinator is also a plus in combination with relevant experience.
As a person, you are communicative and convey messages effectively. You work in a structured manner and propose new ideas. You can balance your pragmatic and self-driven side with a humble collaboration. Building connections and new relationships is something you enjoy. You thrive in a dynamic environment where changes are a prerequisite for developing our operations and continuing our success journey.
At Euro Accident, it is we employees who build success. Personal qualities and abilities are always an important component when we seek new employees.
We Offer You
When we contribute to a safe and healthy world, we start at our own offices. We want you to have and choose a healthy balance between work and private life, and we care about job satisfaction and our unique culture where care, action, and innovation are our guiding principles in everyday life. We offer favorable occupational pension, health and medical insurance, as well as a generous wellness allowance and the opportunity for hybrid work. With our EA spirit, we keep the culture and community alive through various social activities, such as joint breakfasts, afterworks, and lectures on health and well-being.
You will be welcomed to our pleasant office in central Växjö. The planned start for the position is in August 2025. The position is a permanent full-time employment. We apply a six-month probationary period.
Welcome with Your Application
If you have questions about the position, you are welcome to contact the responsible manager using the contact details below. Selection is ongoing.
For a more fair and objective selection process, we use psychological tests early in the process and ask you to answer our selection questions instead of attaching a personal letter.
As part of our recruitment process, we conduct background checks on final candidates before making a hiring decision.
Please note that we do not accept applications via email due to GDPR.
