We are looking for summer substitutes and hourly employees for our operations located in Växjö and Hovmantorp.

As a support assistant, you will work to provide individually tailored support to people with functional variations, aiming to promote their independence and well-being in everyday life. You will support users in their daily routines and activities, based on their needs and abilities, always using their personal implementation plan as a starting point.

We work with a salutogenic and pedagogical approach, where we focus on each individual's unique strengths and resources.

The goal is for users to achieve as much independence as possible and to live a meaningful life with high quality of life. As a support assistant, you will work based on clear pedagogical methods and low-arousal responses to create safety and predictability in users' everyday lives. At the same time, we have a strong focus on working professionally and efficiently within the resources and budget of the operation.

Qualifications

• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license B
• Good computer skills, experience with documentation.
• Experience and knowledge of the target group LSS
• We prefer that you have some form of upper secondary education, such as child and leisure program, health and care program, or post-secondary education.

It is an advantage if you also have

• Experience in psychiatry, AAC, and low-arousal responses.
• Worked with complex support needs.

Employment type: Hourly employment, summer substitute Work percentage: Part-time Working hours: Rolling schedule, day, evening, weekends, and sleeping on-call may occur Start date: By agreement, we look positively on if you can start shortly. Collective agreement: We are bound by collective agreements with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E.
