Notyfile has built a CRM system that actually works for salespeople – because it was created by salespeople. With a platform that is both smart, simple, and flexible, the company has grown rapidly and now has customers ranging from solar companies and IT firms to insurance companies and industrial firms.

The headquarters is located in Örebro, but the team is spread across Gothenburg, Karlstad, Stockholm, and even Thailand. Here, there is an open, family-like culture where initiative is appreciated, and everyone has the chance to grow.

They are now looking for a junior developer who wants to step into a small, sharp development team and help take the platform to the next level.

About the role

This is a role for someone who has worked for a year and wants to learn and develop in a safe but fast-paced environment. The platform has been built from the ground up by two developers who know it inside and out – now a third person is needed to support, grow into the role, and eventually take on more responsibility.

You will work with both frontend and backend, and initially, it’s about getting to know the system by developing features and understanding the whole. In the long run, there are great opportunities to broaden your skills and work more full-stack, within security or other parts of the platform, depending on interest and needs. Who fits the role?

You who apply should have:

At least 1 year of development experience (through work or studies) Knowledge of React, Node.js, and MySQL A basic understanding of modern web applications A methodical and structured approach to problem-solving Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• This is a direct recruitment to Notyfile, and the recruitment process is managed by A-hub with interviews taking place continuously
• Probationary employment for 6 months, which then transitions to a permanent position
• Start date according to agreement
• You will work on-site at the Örebro office
