In this role, you’ll lead a team of content moderators for a top Social Network platform, providing coaching, motivation, and guidance to help them excel. You’ll play a key role in developing your team’s skills and ensuring they succeed in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Your key responsibilities:

Team Management: Supervise a team of content moderators, ensuring the review and moderation of user-generated content (text, images, videos) on the platform.

Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor team performance against KPIs, addressing any shortfalls and ensuring targets are met.

Coaching & Development: Coach, motivate, and develop Advisors, providing continuous skill development and career growth opportunities.

Recognition & Motivation: Recognize and reward outstanding team performance, ensuring alignment with company values and mission.

Issue Resolution: Communicate client/campaign issues to the Operations Manager and take appropriate actions to improve client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proficient level in either: Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish (C2)
  • Good English (at least C1) both verbal and written
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle nuances in content that may violate policies.
  • High Level of Self-Motivation and Analytical Thinking
  • Above average target achievement in the most important project KPIs.
  • EU Citizenship or Valid Work Permit for Greece
  • Education: Preferably a College Degree and/or Related Work Experience
