Night Shift Summer Substitute at Nytida Månstenen AB - Trehörna, Urshult

Are you looking for a meaningful summer job where you can make a difference? Then you have come to the right place! At Nytida, we work to provide support and development for individuals with disabilities, and we are now looking for summer substitutes for our operations in Urshult and Ryd.

As a summer substitute at Nytida, you will have the opportunity to work within our LSS operations, where we provide individually tailored support to individuals with disabilities or psychosocial issues. You will work alongside our experienced staff and contribute to creating a meaningful existence for our clients.

Role Description:

• Provide support and assistance to our clients in their daily lives, based on their individual needs and wishes
• Plan and carry out various activities together with the clients
• Document and follow up on the work according to our routines and guidelines.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in working with individuals with disabilities
• Is attentive and has the ability to communicate in a clear and respectful manner
• Has a positive and solution-focused work approach
• Can work independently as well as in a team
• Is available for work during the summer
• Has good Swedish skills in both spoken and written form

Previous experience working within LSS or other healthcare and social care operations is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have the right attitude and willingness to learn and develop in the role of a support worker at Nytida.
