About the role

Our client is a successful Swedish tech company at the forefront of cybersecurity and digital analytics. With a global presence and headquarters in Stockholm, they develop software and hardware used by authorities and organizations worldwide to create a safer society.

In the role of Economics Assistant, you will support their finance team of seven people with accounting and accounts payable. Here you will have the opportunity to take responsibility and become part of a wonderful and cohesive team.

We expect you to be able to work two days a week and commute to the office located in Stockholm City. If the collaboration goes well, there is an opportunity to extend the consultancy assignment until you graduate.

Responsibilities

• Expense reporting
• Bookkeeping
• Support with accounts payable

We are looking for you who

• Are studying a post-secondary education in economics, with the earliest graduation date in January 2028
• Have a basic understanding of debit, credit, and VAT
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Are proficient in computer skills

It is a merit if you have

• Previous work experience with similar or other administrative tasks
