Villalid is an established construction company with nearly 20 years of experience in the industry. Since 2006, we have grown into a team of 60 employees, and over the past nine years, we have specialized in comprehensive apartment renovations (ROT) in the "Miljonprogrammet" housing areas. We operate from 11 locations in northern Stockholm, ranging from Jordbro up to Uppsala. We renovate approximately 200 apartments annually and have an annual turnover of around 65 million SEK.

About the role

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, responsible, and loyal. You should have prior experience as a carpenter and work at a fast pace. The position requires you to be completely independent and capable of installing kitchens, laying floors, and performing similar carpentry tasks.

At Villalid, we support each other when needed. This may occasionally involve assisting with demolition, material deliveries, or waste management.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 2–4 years of experience as a carpenter.
• The ability to work independently and efficiently.
• A positive and responsible work attitude.
• Good proficiency in Swedish.
• A valid B-class driver's license (mandatory).
