Our Mission

At the national department Support and Matching, we provide remote service and support to job seekers. We work with several key areas of responsibility, including matching, guidance, counseling, and decisions on measures for job seekers. Our primary mission is to reduce the time spent in unemployment.

Job Description

As an administrator, you will handle administrative tasks. Your work includes, among other things, document registration, meeting preparations, internal web management, and general office duties. You will perform tasks such as taking meeting minutes, processing orders, handling invoices, and making bookings. You have an eye for what needs to be fixed in the office and are happy to take care of these matters independently. The work is mostly digital, so you need to be comfortable in digital environments and have very good computer skills. As an administrator, you support both managers and employees. No day is the same as the last!

At times, the work pace is high. This requires foresight and structured working methods. You work independently and thrive in a role with many social contacts. You have the ability to work with various types of issues and relate them to the need for support in daily operations. It is important that you have the ability and enjoy providing service and collaborating with others.

What We Offer

The position is a permanent full-time employment that may start with a six-month probationary period. Start date by agreement. The workplace is in Örebro.

We offer favorable vacation agreements, fitness activities during working hours, and a fitness allowance. As an employee, you have the opportunity to work remotely for part of your working hours when the business allows. Regular working hours are between 08:00-16:30.

Basic Requirements for the Position

  • Completed upper secondary education
  • At least 2 years of recent experience as an administrator or in a similar role with comparable duties
  • Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office

Additional Merits for the Position

  • Experience working with many contact surfaces
  • Experience with purchasing and ordering based on existing agreements
  • Experience with document registration, document management, minute-taking, and SharePoint
