Your responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible for helping end customers in the Swedish market with questions regarding Thermia's products, accessories, and retailers. Many cases can be resolved directly, while others require follow-up or forwarding within the organization.

• Answer incoming calls and emails from private customers in Sweden
• Provide general advice on heat pumps, such as ground-source and air-to-water heat pumps
• Help customers find the right retailer
• Answer questions about warranties and insurance
• Handle customers with questions before or after purchase
• Log and follow up on cases in the CRM system
• Create a positive customer experience and strengthen Thermia's brand in every interaction
• Forward cases to the appropriate person or function internally when needed

Worth knowing

The position is located in Örebro and targets the Swedish market. You will belong to the Swedish organization and report to the Sales Manager. The role involves primarily incoming contact via phone and email. The workload may be higher during the winter season and calmer during the summer. The work is conducted in Thermia's CRM system, Lime, where you log and manage customer cases.

Our expectations

We are looking for you who have a secondary education and thrive in a service-oriented role with many customer contacts. You need to be confident in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as the role is directed towards Swedish end customers. You do not need to know everything about heat pumps from the start, but we appreciate if you have a technical interest and a willingness to learn more. As a person, you are communicative, helpful, and stress-resistant. You collaborate easily, can handle multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain a professional attitude even when the customer is frustrated or needs extra support.
