Do you have experience in scheduling, are you structured and communicative, and do you thrive in complex projects? Entrecon Consulting receives continuous requests from our clients for skilled and experienced schedulers.

We receive applications on an ongoing basis and match them with requests from our clients and buyers. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at the client's site.

The Assignment

Time or production planning in construction or infrastructure projects:

• Identify needs for and conduct in-depth time analyses
• Work with risk identification and conduct risk analyses
• Visualize and communicate schedules
• Provide decision-making support to management
• Coordinate the alignment of the master schedule
• Further develop and implement working methods
• Create schedules/schedules linked to all different phases of the project
• Work in MS Project, Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, or Office Timeline
• Follow standards and guidelines
• Maintain close dialogue with project managers, project controllers, and technical experts to build relevant connections between project activities and milestones
• Participate in follow-up meetings and update schedules continuously
• Evaluate schedules against time, risk, and quality

Competence

We are looking for you who have the following experience:

• Higher education or university degree, or other education and experience assessed as equivalent
• A few years of experience in time or production planning in construction or infrastructure projects
• Good knowledge of at least one scheduling tool, e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, or Office Timeline
• Good knowledge of Excel and the rest of the Office package
