About us

Sjöstadens VVS AB is an established plumbing company based in Stockholm/Hägersten. We currently consist of three plumbing technicians and perform service jobs for housing associations, businesses, and private individuals. Through high quality, professional skill, and strong customer relations, we have built a strong trust with our clients – and now we want to grow further.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced plumbing technician who can take initiative and feels confident working independently at customer sites. The role involves largely service cases with private individuals, businesses, and housing associations, where you solve problems on-site and create a professional impression in every customer meeting.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performing independent plumbing service work for housing associations, businesses, and private customers
• Troubleshooting, fixing, and solving problems directly at the customer's location
• Planning and executing tasks according to work orders and timeframes
• Maintaining ongoing customer contact and ensuring professional interaction
• Contributing to good structure, quality, and order in daily work

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who:

• Have several years of documented experience as a plumbing technician
• Are accustomed to service work and thrive working independently in the field
• Can take initiative and make decisions on-site at the customer's location
• Are service-oriented with a professional and trust-building attitude
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious qualifications (not required):

• Experience working with housing associations
• Certification for e.g., safe water installation or hot work
• Experience with heat pumps
• Gas qualification
• Experience with on-call work
