We are looking for more engaged and proud site construction workers (markanläggare) for permanent employment.

As a construction worker, you will be part of our team and help create pleasant outdoor environments while carrying out various types of construction projects for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform earthworks to prepare areas for construction.
• Handle materials such as base layers, stones, and other building materials.
• Be responsible for handling and using the correct tools, equipment, and machinery to carry out construction work in an efficient and safe manner.
• Work according to drawings and instructions to ensure that construction projects meet customer requirements and specifications.
• Provide advice and recommendations to customers regarding material selection and design options.

Qualifications:

• Experience with various types of construction work, knowledge of different construction methods, and familiarity with materials and machinery.
• Knowledge of how to use the tools, machines, and equipment required for construction work.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and work according to specified instructions.
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform work requiring lifting, digging, and handling heavy materials.
• Attention to detail to ensure high quality in the finished work.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with customers and colleagues.

We are looking for someone who has the drive to work both independently and in a team towards common project goals, and who can take personal responsibility for the execution. A valid driver's license (Category B) and YKB (wheel loader) certification are meritorious.

You have good social skills, are sensitive to the needs of the business, and naturally understand customer benefits.
