Bemanning Sverige Byrå AB is currently recruiting, on behalf of our client, an experienced civil construction worker for a permanent position.

Our client has been active in civil construction since 1989 and possesses extensive experience in groundworks, excavation contracts, garden maintenance, and winter maintenance. This covers everything from design and planning to the completion of large and small projects, including house foundations, asphalt surfacing, and stone paving in both residential association courtyards, parks, and villas.

We are constantly growing but choose to move slowly. Therefore, we are looking for staff with strong social skills and broad experience who can quickly get up to speed with projects and understand the customers' needs.

Who we are looking for:

We place great emphasis on you being meticulous, having genuine professional pride, and a sense for customer service.

The duties consist of all types of construction work, including groundworks, stone setting, excavation, and asphalt paving.

You need to have at least 5 years of documented training as a construction worker or equivalent, and at least 5 years of experience in various types of groundworks and customer service. You should be driven, engaged, able to take initiative, and preferably technically inclined. Any form of specialized training, advanced courses, or machine certifications are meritorious.

As a person, you are independent and communicate in an open and unpretentious manner. You have good social skills, are attuned to the needs of the business, and naturally understand customer benefits. You thrive in a flat, communicative, and dynamic organization with fast decision-making processes.
