Villalid is an established construction company with nearly 20 years of experience in the industry. Since 2006, we have grown into a team of 60 employees, and over the past nine years, we have specialized in full apartment renovations (ROT) in the "Million Programme" housing areas. We operate from 11 locations in northern Stockholm, ranging from Jordbro up to Uppsala. We renovate approximately 200 apartments annually, with a turnover of around 65 million SEK.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, responsible, and loyal. You must have prior experience as a tile setter and work at a fast pace. You should be able to work completely independently, for example, completing a full bathroom renovation quickly and efficiently on your own.

At Villalid, we support each other when needed – this may occasionally involve helping with demolition, material deliveries, or waste management.

Your work location will be in the Järva area (Tensta, Rinkeby, Husby, Sollentuna, Bro, and Märsta).

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 2–4 years of experience as a tile setter
• The ability to work independently and efficiently
• A positive and responsible work ethic
• Good proficiency in Swedish
• A valid B-class driver's license (mandatory)
