You will contribute experience from early planning stages through to implementation and expansion phases. Duties include reviewing documentation, supervising street works, following up on inspections and warranty commitments, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring a smooth handover to operations.

You will work independently, developing and improving functions, routines, and documentation in close contact with colleagues in the Technical and Property Administration and the Community Planning Administration. The work also involves extensive contact with various project managers, contractors, and residents.

  • You proactively develop, improve, seek solutions, learning, and knowledge.
  • You are the link, provide service, show loyalty outwardly and inwardly, and monitor the external environment.
