You will step into a socially important digitalization environment where several authorities, private actors, and initiatives at the national and EU levels need to function together in a common ecosystem. Here, you will work with service design in various initiatives related to digital services and master data, focusing on describing how services, actors, and needs connect across organizational boundaries.

You work closely with various types of stakeholders and help the business understand user needs, collaboration, and how new ecosystems affect services, processes, and experiences. • You lead, plan, and carry out service design work in close collaboration with the business and other actors.
• You explore user needs, target groups, and behaviors through a user-centered approach.
• You create customer and user journeys, actor maps, and other artifacts that describe the current state, needs, and possible paths forward.
• You visualize and explain insights, concepts, and solutions both textually and visually.
• You plan and facilitate workshops and co-create solutions together with users, lawyers, business analysts, management, development teams, and external stakeholders.
• You work holistically and describe how a service functions as part of a larger ecosystem.
• You weigh in business requirements as well as legal and security conditions in the design work.
• You develop concepts and prototypes and drive the work iteratively using Design Thinking and relevant service design methods.

• Experience in service design with a focus on user needs, target groups, audience analysis, holistic view, collaboration, and iterative working methods.
• Experience in leading, planning, and executing service design work.
• Ability to create customer and user journeys, actor maps, and other artifacts, as well as describe them visually and textually.
• Ability to work from a holistic perspective and understand how different parts collaborate in a larger whole.
• Proficiency in user-centered working methods, such as interviews, observation, and co-creation.
• Experience in planning and leading workshops.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with multiple different stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, Confluence, and Jira.
• You must be able to work independently, be proactive, receptive, and have good collaboration skills.
• Very good communication skills in Swedish.
