We are looking for a new case handler for assignments in central Stockholm

In this role, you will become part of a customer service team working to provide support to businesses. Your tasks are varied and combine customer contact with case handling and administration. You assist customers through various channels, answer questions, investigate cases, and ensure that each case is handled correctly and efficiently.

As a case handler, you have many points of contact and collaborate daily with both customers and colleagues to find solutions. Some cases are simpler and require quick handling, while others involve more extensive investigations where you need to analyze information and make well-founded decisions.

To thrive in this role, you are proactive, responsible, and enjoy solving problems. You have good analytical skills, learn quickly, and apply new knowledge to your daily work. You are also curious, happy to share your expertise, and appreciate collaborating with others to develop both working methods and results.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is comfortable with customer contacts in various channels, both written and verbal communication, and masters both Swedish and English at a good level.
• Has at least 3 years of experience in customer service.
• Thrives in a team environment and actively contributes to discussions and meetings.
• Is detail-oriented and responsible.
• Is accustomed to and enjoys working towards set goals and taking on challenges.
• Experience within the pension or insurance industry is an advantage.

Please note that a background check against the criminal record and payment defaults will be conducted for final candidates for this role.

Additional Information

The position is a fixed-term full-time employment (100%) through Barona with an initial employment period of 6 months.

The planned start date is at the end of August.

Working hours are Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00, and the position is fully office-based at the client's office in central Stockholm. There is no possibility for remote or hybrid work.

The salary for the position ranges from 27,000–30,000 SEK/month, depending on experience and competence. You are also covered by collective agreements and associated benefits.
