Personal Assistants Wanted for Man with ALS in Segeltorp

We are now looking for several engaged and sensitive personal assistants for a man who lives in Segeltorp with his wife. He was recently diagnosed with ALS and is in the early stages of the disease. He still retains many of his functions and actively works to maintain his independence and abilities for as long as possible.

As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of his daily life. Your role is to provide support where needed while encouraging and enabling an active and independent life based on the user's own conditions and wishes. The work requires you to be sensitive, responsible, and have a respectful approach.

We are currently looking for 3–4 personal assistants to start immediately. Recruitment is ongoing, and as the user's needs change, we will shortly recruit additional assistants.

We are looking for you who:

• Speak and write Swedish fluently.
• Are secure, empathetic, and responsible.
• Have a genuine interest in working with people and creating good conditions for a meaningful everyday life.
• Have good cooperation skills and can work independently.

Previous experience in personal assistance or working with people with neurological diseases is meritorious. Experience with respiratory care is particularly meritorious, but not a requirement.
