A happy, playful 9-year-old boy is looking for a reliable personal assistant who wants to help build a meaningful and developmental daily life. He is curious, full of energy, and communicates through sounds, body language, and melodies. As his assistant, you are his support throughout the day – you create structure, help him understand his surroundings, and meet him with warmth, playfulness, and patience. You need to be constantly present, able to de-escalate situations in time, and handle challenges with calmness – never with resistance.

We are looking for someone who doesn't "just" want to be an assistant, but who truly burns with the desire to build a safe, developmental, and joyful daily life together. Experience in similar work is a plus, but the willingness to learn is the most important factor.

We continuously contact candidates who are suitable for a first interview. The position will be filled when we have found the right person, which may happen before the application deadline. Your application is processed by staff at ENKV Assistans, together with the client, as well as any relatives, legal guardians, or other involved parties. If the position involves working with a minor client, a certificate from the Police Authority is always required.
