Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a psychologist for a position at Vallås Health Centre and the associated Child Health Centre (BVC).
As a psychologist at Vallås Health Centre, you will be part of the psychosocial team together with an occupational therapist, physiotherapist, counselor, doctor, and rehabilitation coordinator. Your tasks will include assessing and treating patients with crisis reactions, anxiety, depression, stress-related illnesses, and pain issues. The work consists of, among other things, Internet-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (IKBT), individual therapies, and remote contacts via video, chat, and phone.
In this position, you will work with both adults and children. At the Child Health Centre, you will work with consultations for staff and parents. This includes short-term psychological treatment as well as some assessment and investigation work. You have great opportunities to influence your own work and schedule, alternating between digital and physical visits.

Vallås Health Centre has approximately 6,300 registered patients. We have a doctor's office with a specialist in general medicine, a child health centre, a district nurse's office, and a vaccination clinic. The health centre also employs a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, counselor, and psychologist. A nursing home in the area is linked to the health centre.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist with competence in CBT and preferably experience from primary care. It is meritorious if you have in-depth knowledge in parental support, consultation methodology, psychological treatment applicable for the assignment, and methodology for developmental assessment. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required, as well as good computer skills.
You are confident in your professional role and comfortable with both independent work and teamwork. You have good collaboration and communication skills and enjoy working with and developing operations together with others. As a person, you like and are accustomed to working both independently and in teams. You adapt easily and see possibilities in changes while remaining secure and independent in your professional role. You are skilled at organizing and prioritizing your work. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
