RESPONSIBILITIES

You advocate for a rehabilitative approach, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, with the goal of permeating the entire operation. You are responsible for the assessment, implementation, and follow-up of occupational therapy interventions, as well as the fitting and prescription of assistive devices. Based on the patient's functional ability, you assess, for example, the need for training, compensatory measures such as assistive devices, or environmental adaptations. You prioritize your workday both independently and together with your colleagues based on the cases you are responsible for. Together with the team, you make a real difference in everyday life!

The areas of responsibility are mainly geographically divided, but we have managers, offices, a break room, and cars in the same location, which gives us the opportunity to meet, discuss, and support each other daily.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist. For the position, a valid B driver's license is required.

It is meritorious if you have work experience, preferably within municipal health and care services. It is also meritorious if you have education in mobility skills. Since most of your working time is spent in the patient's home, you are independent, have the ability to plan and structure your work, communicate, are flexible, and team-oriented. Furthermore, you express yourself well both orally and in writing and have an interest in digital technology. Great importance is placed on your personal suitability.
