We are now looking for a nurse with an interest in working with patients suffering from heart failure. As an employee at the Heart Clinic, you will become part of our team, where you are offered a developing, exciting, and independent role within a highly competent group.

About the role

At the heart failure clinic, you work closely with patients and follow them continuously after their diagnosis. The work involves monitoring the patients' health status and symptoms, as well as medication titration and assessment of laboratory tests. Patients are followed from an early stage after diagnosis until further follow-up can be conducted at the primary healthcare center.

Contact with patients occurs both through telephone calls and clinic visits.

We are an engaged and positive team where doctors, nurses, biomedical analysts, assistant nurses, and medical secretaries work together to create good conditions for high-quality examinations and secure patient meetings. A professional and respectful approach to patients, relatives, and colleagues permeates our work. The clinic is located adjacent to Heart Ward 5C. Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, preferably with experience working in cardiology.

You thrive in team collaboration and have a professional and service-oriented approach. As a person, you are structured and organize your work efficiently. The role involves a high degree of independence, which requires that you feel confident in making your own decisions and taking responsibility for your work.

We also look for someone with an interest in development and improvement work, as well as a positive attitude towards change. You are flexible, have good collaboration skills, and contribute to a good work climate. Great emphasis will be placed on your commitment, sense of responsibility, and personal suitability.
