Responsibilities

As a person, you take the initiative in your work and see what needs to be prioritized from a holistic perspective. You have a high sense of service and are helpful towards your colleagues, ensuring that your tasks are carried out with high quality. You are confident in your professional role, responsible, meticulous, and work with the user in focus.

As staff here, you provide individual and secure care by working in a close relationship with the elderly person and their relatives, viewing the elderly person from a holistic perspective. You handle certain medical nursing tasks based on delegation from a nurse. As part of your daily work, you will use Intraphone, which is part of our planning and documentation system. To succeed in this role, it is important that you have good collaboration and initiative skills and take responsibility for driving elderly care of the highest quality. Good treatment is crucial to us.

Teamwork for Good Quality

We work in teams around the resident with care assistants, assistant nurses, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and activity coordinators to offer health-promoting care and support of very high quality. This also means that you have secure support from colleagues, both care staff and other professional roles.

You will be placed on a floor with housing for people with dementia. Part of the position will include shared shifts, meaning you will cover another floor at Tallgläntan. You may also work shifts at other housing facilities or in other operations that we collaborate with within Falkenberg Municipality.

Qualifications

You are trained as an assistant nurse (undersköterska) and can provide proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) that you have the right to use the title. If you are waiting for your certificate, you need to be able to show that you have a completed assistant nurse education and have applied for and are waiting for the certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare.

It is important that you are computer literate and have good command of Swedish in both speech and writing. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
