About the role

As Accounting Manager, you will become an important part of Freja eID's finance department, which consists of the CFO, Group Controller, and Accounting Manager. You will be responsible for ongoing accounting and work closely with your colleagues in daily financial operations. The role offers great freedom under responsibility and suits you if you enjoy broad responsibilities within accounting. The group follows IFRS and presents four quarterly reports and one annual group financial statement each year.

You will primarily work with:

• Accounts Payable
• Customer Invoicing
• Ongoing Bookkeeping
• Bank Reconciliations
• Accruals and Depreciations
• Month-end Closing
• Administration related to customer contracts
• Support in other financial administrative tasks

You will become part of a small and engaged finance team where collaboration, lack of hierarchy, and helpfulness are a natural part of everyday life.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a few years of experience in qualified accounting work and feel confident in daily financial operations. You are used to working independently and appreciate a role where you take responsibility for the entire accounting flow.

We believe you have:

• Post-secondary education in economics or accounting
• Experience with ongoing accounting and monthly closing
• Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Very good system proficiency
• Experience with the business system Xledger (required)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
