We are now looking for a wheel loader operator for a recycling center in Älvsjö. We are looking for you who have previous experience or are at the beginning of your career, are meticulous, independent, and want to contribute to a better society? Then you have come to the right place.

About the job:

You will be responsible for the overall recycling and material handling at a recycling center in Älvsjö. Your main tasks will be to operate a wheel loader and manage the cargo at the facility. The work requires a strong focus on environmental and safety awareness. The role involves both indoor and outdoor work.

The position demands significant responsibility and independence. You should have the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks, as well as an eye for detail and precision. Your daily routine will consist of driving a counterbalance forklift and/or a wheel loader, and we would appreciate if you have prior experience in this area.

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for material recycling
• Operating a wheel loader
• Working with a clear environmental and safety mindset
• Loading and unloading goods
• Documentation and operational management at the workplace

About you:

This role suits you if you have a strong work ethic and are extremely meticulous. You have a friendly attitude towards customers and colleagues, and a positive mindset. You are thorough, responsible, and thrive working independently. If you are accustomed to taking initiative and driven by a busy but structured workday, we consider this a merit. Qualifications:

• Forklift license A+B
• Fluent in Swedish (reading and writing)
• Unpretentious and service-oriented
• Wheel loader license (C2)

Experience from similar tasks within the recycling industry is considered a merit. ADR training is a plus.

Location: Älvsjö

Employment: Full-time

Working hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 06:45–16:00
• Friday: 07:00–15:00

Salary according to collective agreement.
