About the role

Your direct manager, Elin Persson, says this:

"We are a lovely mix of people in a team of 4, where some have been with the firm for a longer time and others are new. We work without hierarchy and are quick to help each other with client assignments. Our office is located in the Campus area in Norrtälje, at Kaserngatan 1, where we have our own office rooms with lovely natural light. Free parking is available.

As we are a smaller team, we primarily work from our office, but of course, there is an opportunity to work from home when needed. We have daily check-ins, shared coffee breaks, and monthly one-to-one meetings where we discuss development, work environment, or just have a personal chat. In addition, we hold monthly meetings to follow up on our shared goals. All sub-goals and final goals are acknowledged and celebrated together."

We work in modern accounting systems such as Spiris, Fortnox, and Capego- Bokslut och Skatt. Additionally, we use Talenom's own developed platform - Easor - for which we have had internal training during 2025 to gradually introduce our customers to.

For just over 3 years, we have been part of Talenom, which means we have strong support from the headquarters in Stockholm within HR, Payroll, IT, Business Advisory, and Finance. This gives us security, structure, and the opportunity to focus on what we do best - providing our customers with professional and personal support in their operations.

In this role, you are the client manager and play a central role in building trusting relationships with both existing and potential customers. As a senior client manager accounting consultant, you work operationally with clients while driving strategic business advisory. You are also a natural support for both clients and colleagues in complex accounting matters. The role involves working both independently and in a team, with a focus on quality, development, and customer benefit.

You are also responsible for:

• Independently preparing financial statements and annual reports, as well as quality-assuring our deliveries according to current regulations and industry standards
• Conducting cash flow analyses and contributing qualified and proactive economic advice
• Leading and developing your client assignments with responsibility for quality, efficiency, and profitability
• Ensuring the team has the right prerequisites, structure, and working methods to deliver high quality to the customer
• Driving digitalization and efficiency improvements in customers' financial processes
• Actively contributing to our growth by building relationships, participating in sales meetings and marketing activities, and highlighting the value of our services to potential customers in an advisory manner

In addition to the above, we see that you:

• Have a vocational higher education (YH) as an accounting consultant or equivalent education.
• Have at least five years of experience in the role of Accounting Consultant at an agency.
• Either have authorization as an accounting consultant or a clear ambition to achieve it.
• We would appreciate if you have experience with the K3 regulations.
• It is an advantage if you have experience with the programs Fortnox and Capego. Work according to REX as well as regarding customer due diligence and anti-money laundering laws.
• Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
