About Green PM (Project & Management)

We are a consultancy firm in south-east Sweden helping industrial companies with high demands succeed with their projects. We work with project management, product development, production technology, quality, and sustainability – always with structure, pace, and visible leadership.

The core of our business is project management. We often take overall responsibility for projects – from planning and execution to handover – but we also step in with specialized expertise in quality, sustainability, or engineering support. Your Role

As a Production Engineer with us, you will:

• Work with the development and improvement of production processes for our customers.
• Contribute technical expertise during the various phases of projects.
• Coordinate and drive parts of projects within production technology – not just working operationally yourself.
• Act as a key link between design, production, and project management.
• Have the opportunity to develop into a project management role in the long term.

We are looking for you who

• Have the right attitude and a desire to develop.
• Are structured and solution-oriented.
• Have good collaboration and communication skills.
• Hold at least a bachelor's degree in production technology, mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
• Have at least 3 years of work experience in production technology or industrial development.
• Are comfortable coordinating projects and taking responsibility for the whole.
• Have an interest in developing towards project management.
