About Green PM

We are a consultancy firm in south-eastern Sweden helping industrial companies with high demands succeed in their projects. We work with project management, product development, production technology, quality, and sustainability – always with structure, pace, and visible leadership.

We often take full responsibility for projects from planning to handover, but we are also happy to step in with specialized expertise in quality, sustainability, or engineering support. Regardless of the assignment, we work closely with the customer and create solutions that work in everyday life and remain sustainable over time.

Your Role

As a Project Manager with us, you will:

• Lead and drive technical and business-related projects for customers, such as investment, customer order, installation, or IT projects within the industry.
• Take responsibility for the project's budget, schedule, and deliverables.
• Ensure that projects are executed with high quality and sustainability in focus.
• Work in international environments and feel comfortable with global collaborations.
• Inspire and engage the team so that everyone pulls in the same direction.
• Serve as a reliable and clear point of contact for customers and stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who

• Has self-drive, a strong sense of responsibility, and a desire to develop.
• Has experience in project management within technical and industry-related projects.
• Is structured, communicative, and solution-oriented.
• Has the ability to take budget responsibility and make decisions.
• Is a good leader who brings the team along and creates joy in work.
• Thrives in international work and building long-term customer relationships.
• Has at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field – for example, mechanical engineering, production, industrial economics, or similar.
• Has at least 3 years of work experience.
