Welcome to Capio Vårdcentral Broby – where the small meets the big heart!

We are an engaged and close-knit team of approximately 20 employees who together take care of our 5,400 registered patients – through all stages of life. In addition to our health center, we also have Child Health Services (BVC), a midwife clinic, a counselor, and a physiotherapist with their own gym, which allows us to offer a wide range of healthcare services under one roof.

Here you will meet colleagues from several different professions and have the opportunity to collaborate cross-professionally for the benefit of the patient.

We are looking for a licensed nurse (yes, you!) You are a basic licensed nurse, confident in your role and like to take responsibility – and perhaps you have an extra good eye for teamwork?

As a nurse, you work with, among other things, your own clinic for hypertension, chat, health checks, and triage of patients. You work independently, but never alone – we like to think together! Every day we collaborate in teams with doctors and other professionals to give our patients the best possible care.

You are a licensed nurse and feel confident in both your professional role and as a person. If you also have further education as a district nurse, we see it as an extra plus. Experience is valuable, but we place at least as much importance on who you are and what you want to contribute to our team.

You have the patient in focus and meet people with care, professionalism, and respect. With your calm and trustworthy manner, you create security for both patients and colleagues. You enjoy taking responsibility, have an easy time prioritizing, and see opportunities rather than obstacles. Quality permeates your work, both in the patient meeting and in documentation.
