MultiClinic is a general practice that goes beyond the ordinary. We are privately owned but part of Region Skåne's healthcare selection and have over 7,000 registered patients. In addition to our family medicine clinic, we offer memory clinics, diabetes clinics, psychosocial teams, gynecology clinics, and orthopedic clinics. RESPONSIBILITIES

Our patient base is multicultural, and at our clinic, no workday is ever the same. You will work with both scheduled and urgent doctor visits. In your role, you will collaborate closely with our various professional categories, and we offer an stimulating, pleasant, and positive workplace. Working hours are Monday to Friday, but there is an opportunity to work evenings and weekends for those who wish.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are patient-focused, cooperative, flexible, and have good communication skills. On the unit, there is continuous work on patient safety and operational development. We encourage a stress-resistant, driven, and development-oriented employee who, together with us, wants to continue developing our workplace in the best way possible. It is therefore also positive if you are interested in creative thinking and want to be part of the development work focused on offering our patients the best possible care. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Regarding formal requirements, you must be a licensed physician with the right to practice in Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish at level C1 or higher according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement. This can also mean a passing grade in Swedish 3, alternatively a passing grade in Swedish as a Second Language 3, or a passing result on a course in Swedish for non-Nordic students equivalent to 60 ECTS credits. We view it as an advantage if you have work experience within primary care and/or if you have knowledge of the medical record system PMO.
