Here, you will meet a dedicated and cheerful team of 20 employees who together take care of approximately 5,400 patients – from the first visit and throughout life. We are located both in Borrby and at our branch in Gärsnäs.

At Capio Primary Care Centre Borrby, we are now looking for a nurse. We need to strengthen our team, and perhaps you are the one who wants to jump in and contribute your skills and energy.

Your tasks will be varied and include telephone advice, chat support, reception work, and assessment of acute patients. The work is largely independent, meaning you must be able to make your own assessments and decisions. On our unit, we work daily with joint assessments where you, as a nurse, evaluate patients together with the doctor and other professions.

You will become an important part of our team, where we work together but also trust each other's ability to make independent decisions and sound judgments.

You, the applicant, are a licensed nurse with a few years of experience, are confident in both personality and profession, and have a patient-focused approach to work. Previous experience in primary care is advantageous.

You are meticulous in your work, have the ability to be flexible, and can adapt your pace and working methods to what each situation requires. We value team spirit and the ability to take initiative. As a person, you are clear and trustworthy, and have a good ability to structure and prioritize. You are engaged and careful to always maintain high quality in your work.

A six-month probation period is always applied before a permanent employment contract.
