As our Sous Chef, your responsibilities include preparing lunch, à la carte dishes, conference meals, as well as catering and pub food. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring we meet our key performance indicators and set goals, so it is important that you are skilled in forecasting, planning, and staffing accordingly.

What do you bring?

• Relevant education

• 5 years of professional experience

• Knowledge of food and beverage

• Good proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)

Practicalities

• Scope: The position is 100% and a permanent employment with a 6-month probation period.

• Working hours: Varying day and evening shifts.

• Start date: Immediately or by agreement
