Zushi in central Helsingborg is looking for more chefs with a passion for Asian cuisine!

We are a modern restaurant focusing on Japanese food, ranging from sushi to modern fusion dishes. We offer table service, catering, and take-away. We are now undergoing exciting expansion and are therefore looking for more dedicated chefs who want to be part of our journey!

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong interest in Asian cuisine
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and handles stress well
• Is a team player but is also accustomed to working independently
• Has good knowledge of food hygiene and can plan purchases and follow routines
• Is creative and wants to contribute new ideas to our growing menu

You will be responsible for distributing tasks in the kitchen, preparing dishes for our guests, and ensuring that both quality and pace remain at a high level. You will also help ensure that we adhere to the budget as well as hygiene and safety routines.

Previous experience working in Asian cuisine is considered a merit.
