LKAB Malmtrafik LKAB Malmtrafik is responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting LKAB's iron ore products on the Malmbanan railway. We transport from the mines in Kiruna and Malmberget to the ports in Luleå and Narvik, as well as to SSAB in Luleå.

Your role

As a Production Manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and distributing work within the terminal's production, together with internal and external resources. You are part of a small leadership group with a strong focus on collaboration and dialogue.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Leading and monitoring daily operations
• Holding daily control meetings and conducting job observations
• Ensuring that safety rules and working methods are followed
• Conducting risk management and safety rounds in the facility
• Driving the development of working methods, equipment, and operations
• Participating in and sometimes representing the organization in projects

What you bring with you

You are a person who takes responsibility, works systematically, and drives your work forward. You collaborate well with others, communicate clearly, and are flexible when conditions change. You thrive in a role where you lead and develop both working methods and people.

We expect you to have:

• Complete upper secondary education, preferably with a technical focus or equivalent experience
• Good ability to lead work and follow up on results
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

The following are considered meritorious:

• Experience working within the railway industry
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in a railway environment
• Experience with mechanical work
