We are a consultancy firm in south-eastern Sweden helping industrial companies with high demands succeed with their projects. We work with project management, product development, production technology, quality, and sustainability – always with structure, pace, and visible leadership.

We often take overall responsibility for projects from planning to handover, but we also step in with specialized expertise in quality, sustainability, or engineering support. Regardless of the assignment, we work closely with the customer to create solutions that work in everyday life and remain sustainable over time.

Your Role

As a Mechanical Designer with us, you will:

• Work with mechanical design for our customers.
• Be involved in projects where you not only design/draw yourself but also coordinate and drive parts of the work.
• Contribute technical expertise in the different phases of the projects.
• Have the opportunity to develop into a project management role in the long term.
• Collaborate closely with customers and colleagues to create solutions that work in practice.

We are looking for you who

• Have the right attitude, drive, and a desire to develop.
• Are structured and solution-oriented.
• Have good collaboration and communication skills.
• Hold at least a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Have at least 3 years of work experience in mechanical design and master 3D modeling.
• Are comfortable coordinating sub-projects and taking responsibility for the whole.
• Have an understanding of projects and an interest in project management.
