About the Role

Nordic Waterproofing is looking for a hands-on and driven Process Engineer for their facility in Höganäs.

Here, you will work closely with processes, production equipment, and colleagues, playing a key role in the company's development and improvement work. Sustainability requirements and new product variants drive the pace of change, alongside continuous improvement work focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role combines presence in production with structured analysis and improvement work, giving you significant scope to influence the company's development and results. You will be part of the factory management team and report to the Factory Manager.

Main Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who thrives in a production environment, has a good understanding of processes, and enjoys working closely with people and equipment. You have a few years of experience from the process industry, preferably from chemicals, paper, food, or similar sectors. You are technically interested and preferably have a technical education.

We believe you:

• Are curious, proactive, and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize in a varied daily routine
• Have experience in structured improvement work and improvement tools
• Are analytical and systematic, and accustomed to working in a data-driven manner
• Have good social skills, are good at collaborating, and thrive in a role with many contacts
• Are fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) and can communicate in English
