About the Role
As Commercial Supply Chain Manager, you have overall responsibility for leading and coordinating our Supply Chain activities for commercial products throughout the entire product lifecycle – from demand planning to delivery and revenue recognition.
You serve as the primary contact person for our customers regarding delivery-related issues and ensure that we meet our commitments regarding delivery precision, quality, and service. The role involves close collaboration with both internal and external functions, acting as a bridge between internal quality organizations and customer quality teams.
You work cross-functionally and coordinate activities between production, purchasing, planning, quality, logistics, and sales, with the goal of ensuring a stable and efficient delivery process.
You report to the Director of Supply Chain.
Your Main Responsibilities
In the role of Commercial Supply Chain Manager, you will:
- Be the main contact for assigned customers and ensure a well-functioning dialogue regarding deliveries and forecasts.
- Be responsible for demand planning for products, including managing forecasts and orders over a longer time horizon.
- Ensure correct order processing and delivery dates in close collaboration with the sales organization.
- Drive and contribute to the S&OP process by integrating customer forecasts and order data.
- Coordinate Supply Chain activities cross-functionally between production, quality, purchasing, logistics, and other relevant functions.
- Ensure that deliveries are made on time and with the correct quality, and proactively manage and escalate deviations.
- Plan and coordinate deliveries together with internal specialists.
- Lead Supply Chain-related projects connected to commercial products.
- Ensure correct data in the ERP system and contribute to accurate revenue tracking.
- Monitor and report KPIs, such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full), and drive continuous improvements.
Who Are You?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent.
- Previous work experience in Supply Chain project management within a CDMO environment.
- Previous experience working in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry according to GMP.
- Good understanding of the entire supply chain flow (end-to-end).
- Experience with S&OP processes and working in business systems (ERP).
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
We are looking for someone with a strong customer orientation who thrives in a role with many touchpoints. You are structured, analytical, and solution-oriented, with a good ability to drive and coordinate several parallel activities. You are a clear communicator who can create alignment between different functions and thrive in a changing environment where you have the ability to structure and prioritize complex tasks.
