We are now looking for a Construction Project Manager for the Property Department in Falköping Municipality. The Property Department consists of 41 employees covering everything from management and projects to operations and rental agreements. As a Construction Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on construction projects of varying sizes and complexities. You drive the projects forward with a focus on quality, economy, and time – always in close collaboration with colleagues, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

You will be involved throughout the entire process, from early stages and investigations to implementation and follow-up.

What are we looking for in you?

We are looking for you who have a relevant university degree in construction, property, engineering, or equivalent as deemed by the employer.

You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

The position requires that you have a valid driver's license (Category B).

You have basic knowledge of project management and an interest in developing in the role. You also have an understanding of construction and property technology, contracting forms, and relevant regulations regarding, for example, working environment, environment, and building legislation.

It is meritorious if you have experience from public sector operations, work in early stages, knowledge of LOU (Public Procurement Act), familiarity with AMA (Swedish Construction Standards), and experience with CAD/BIM tools such as AutoCAD and Revit.

You have good digital competence and are accustomed to working in various administrative and economic systems. You have experience working in project form, with responsibility for budgets, cost tracking, and collaboration with multiple actors.

As a person, you are structured, responsible, and confident in your decision-making. You have strong communication skills, work well with others, and adapt easily to changed conditions and different projects. With your solution-oriented and non-hierarchical approach, you contribute to a positive work environment, while being proactive, taking initiative, and working meticulously.
