About the Role
WP Welding is an expanding and successful company within the Sjöson Group, characterized by strong growth and a clear customer focus. This recruitment is for a position at our subsidiary, WPW Delivery AB, which will be your formal employer. To meet increased demand, we are now looking for a Piping Supervisor who wants to lead our customers' projects and contribute to our continued development.
About the Position
In the role of General Piping and Assembly Supervisor, you will lead, plan, and follow up on work within your assigned area of the project. You are responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out safely, professionally, efficiently, and in accordance with the project's requirements regarding quality, working environment, schedule, documentation, cost estimates, and agreed-upon conditions.
You play a central role in daily production and act as the link between project management, work crews, quality assurance, HSE, project administration, procurement/logistics, and customer representatives. The role requires both technical understanding, clear leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive work forward in a structured manner.
Responsibilities and Main Tasks

- Coordinate quality, welding, and inspection-related activities, including FPC, pressure testing, NDT, documentation, and traceability.
- Identify, document, and report obstacles, deviations, waiting times, changes, and EOT (Extension of Time) works, providing the basis for decisions, follow-up, and customer communication.
- Lead kick-off meetings and daily production meetings, communicating goals, risks, priorities, and changes to the work crew.
- Ensure that work packs, welder lists, inspection results, material certificates, deviations, EOT documentation, and final documentation are submitted continuously and correctly.
Who Are You?
To thrive at WPW Delivery AB, we believe that you, like us, are motivated by a developmental and changing project environment with a high pace, clear customer focus, and high demands on safety, quality, and delivery. You are a secure and structured leader who creates clarity in daily work, gets people to work towards common goals, and has the ability to make operational decisions when the situation requires it.
You have a strong focus on safety and quality, are solution-oriented, and have a good understanding of how planning, productivity, resource utilization, and documentation affect the project's economy and delivery. You enjoy collaborating closely with project management, work crews, customers, and support functions, while also having the ability to drive work independently within your area of responsibility.

- Good ability to read and interpret drawings, isometrics, WPS, work instructions, and technical documentation.
