About the Role

Skillpartner Sweden is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Project Manager for upcoming assignments and employment with our clients. This position is ideal for you who want to drive successful construction projects from start to finish, develop within a dynamic industry, and work in varied environments where quality, safety, and business acumen are in focus.

Responsibilities

As a Construction Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for planning, leading, and completing construction projects. Your main tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Planning, controlling, and monitoring the project schedule, budget, and quality.
• Coordinating and leading subcontractors, consultants, and internal staff.
• Handling authority contacts, procurement, and contract management.
• Ensuring compliance with workplace environment and safety regulations on construction sites.
• Maintaining ongoing dialogue and reporting to clients, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Requirements and Merits

• Post-secondary education in construction technology, civil engineering, or equivalent (University College/University).
• Junior or senior experience in project management, site management, or contract law within the construction sector.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with relevant project management and calculation software is a merit.
• A valid driver's license (Category B) is required for this position.

• Location: Various locations depending on the client and assignment.
• Working Hours: Full-time or part-time depending on the client.
• Start Date: According to agreement.
